17. If the rechargeable battery is not working?

  • Make sure the cable is properly inserted. If necessary, check if your phone case is obstructing the charging cable.
  • Report errors automatically using the error reporting function on the Sacnhanh app (red customer service icon on the App home screen) and return the power bank within 3 minutes to receive another power bank.

18. What if the customer cannot return the power bank?
